Exporting product info from MYOB

This procedure is designed only for people who use MYOB. You can regularly perform this function to keep your website up to date with the most recent prices and product information.

To export your most recent product list, do the following:

File Menu 
Export Data 
Items 
Export File Format = Tab Delimited File 
First Record = Header Record 
Please select the following export fields in this order

Item Number 
Item Name 
Description 
Custom List 1 - (We assume this is the product category group name) 
Sell Unit Measure - (UOM) 
Price Level A, Qty Break 1 - (The main retail price) 

Click Browse to find your file and click "Upload and Process Now".

 Data can be exported out of MYOB and into the Content Management System in just a few minutes.
