Picking List App for Junior Staff

Can I give access to just the order picking function to a junior employee in the warehouse?

Picking lists - can now be assigned to a junior staff member without giving full access to orders.

Use Case: You want a junior staff member to be able to view recent orders for picking, but only see just the information they need to pack the order. Once picked, you want the ability for them to update the order status, and add any notes that may be relevant.

Process to setup feature

1. Create employee as a customer/member (not POS user)
2. Assign employee to a security group for this job role. (create a new group if not, suggestion "Stock Picker"
3. Add new page to member menu
4. Page type section: shopping add ons
5. Page type: Picking List App For Staff
6. Specify the security group you chose earlier
7. Save
8. Send password login to your employee

Employee instructions

1. Login to customer facing website
2. Click "Pick Orders" or whatever the page was called from the setup
3. Click a button next to any order to start picking
4. Scan barcode as many times as you have quantity to select.
5. Or press the Tick button, or Cross button to manually add/remove.
6. A completed product line will show a green box on the quantity when the desired amount is reached. 
7. User can add notes or can change the order status
