Allowing only your custom email notification template to show in Custom Forms

By default, all form fields are included along with your custom email notification template. If your custom template already accounts for all the form information, you can disable this option.

To do this: 

1. Open your form settings.
2. Scroll down to the Notification Options section.
3. Tick the box Template Only: Only display my custom email template in notification.

Once enabled, only your custom email template will be sent in notifications.
