Outlook (Office 365) Desktop App

If you are having issues with connecting of the Mail servers via Outlook (office365) desktop client. Try these settings below:

Top tip: Use our mail servers, do not use any automatically guessed ones. Also, do not tick the SPA box. SPA sounds nice, but it won't work with us sorry. Your login is still secure, it's just not using the SPA method.

IMAP Issue - Email not being downloaded into the inbox

If after connecting the account no email is being downloaded into your main inbox - check the outlook settings to ensure the root folder is set correctly.
