Email Service Requirements

Can I use email if I don't have a live web hosting plan?

You will need to pay for a web hosting, or email hosting plan.

All web hosting plans include some email services. The bigger the hosting plan, the more mailboxes and storage you can have.

Email hosting plans include mailboxes and mail forwarding. Email hosting plans do not include a website, but they do include a single placeholder web page, suitable for a couple of photos, text and a few contact details. 

Email hosting plans also include a backup of your website content. The backup of content is either while you are building your website, or after your website is taken offline. 

When changing from web hosting to email hosting, or vice versa, we treat this as a change of hosting plan.
