Tungle.me - Meeting Scheduling

Learn how to add calendars to your website that allows customer to pick a time to meet with you. Full integration with iphone, blackberry and google or desktop calendars.

  1. Signup at www.tungle.me
  2. Complete confirmation steps and login
  3. Go to Calendar Menu, then Sync Calendar, Go through whatever steps are required to sync with your existing calendar. You will be sharing your data with Tungle, but not with the public.
  4. Go to Public Profile menu, then edit availability, and set your general availability, assuming you don't want bookings after hours or on weekends etc. It will automatically sync with your calendar, so you will never be double booked. Scroll to the bottom of that page for even more options.
  5. Hover over your name in the top right, then click settings.
  6. Select "Tungle Widget" from the left menu
  7. Expand the "tungle.me widget on your page" option
  8. There are 2 options, pick the one that suits you best.
  9. Now paste that code anywhere in our CMS, using the Insert... menu, and paste Script/HTML

Thats it, you now have a fully integrated and synchronised calendar in your website.

Notes:

  • The service is free, its up to you if you go premium. Perhaps in the future they will require payment... If you use the service regularly, then i suggest you pay for premium.
  • Customers don't need a tungle login to use the service, but they will be sent a confirmation link, so essentially they end up with one anyhow.
  • As soon as you have approved the booking, they will be sent another email confirming their booking time, this will have an attached calendar invite allowing the receipient to remain synced with your calendar event.
